Global Executive Learning Network helps design and implement highly tailored company and organizational interventions that enhance the goals of an organization or sometimes a group or consortium of organizations. These goals are tied very closely to the strategic objectives of the organization and to the developmental needs of the organization's top leadership and emerging talent.

Recent examples of GELN's work in this area have focused on issues relating to:

Since 1990, Yury Boshyk has worked with companies such as General Electric on its more senior programs, including the company's action learning-based executive development programs. GELN's most recent partners include Boeing, Deutsche Post World Net (DHL), General Electric, NovoNordisk, SABMiller, TeliaSonera, and Johnson & Johnson.

Two business-to-business consortium programs were also initiated and implemented by GELN. These include the Global Consortium Program that involved Alcan, First National Bank of South Africa, PanAsia Paper, and Honeywell; and the International Consortium Program that included the following companies: ABB, ABNAmro, Benfield, BHPBilliton, Boeing, Standard Bank of South Africa, and Tata. These are self-governed and highly tailored programs that involve the top leadership of these companies.
