Since 1990, Yury Boshyk has worked with companies such as General Electric on its more senior programs, including the company's action learning-based executive development programs. GELN's most recent partners include Boeing, Deutsche Post World Net (DHL), General Electric, NovoNordisk, SABMiller, TeliaSonera, and Johnson & Johnson.

Two business-to-business consortium programs were also initiated and implemented by GELN. These include the Global Consortium Program that involved Alcan, First National Bank of South Africa, PanAsia Paper, and Honeywell; and the International Consortium Program that included the following companies: ABB, ABNAmro, Benfield, BHPBilliton, Boeing, Standard Bank of South Africa, and Tata.
