GEL also takes part in regional forums organized by practitioners and supporters of business driven action learning.

The Gordon Institute of  Business Science in South Africa has organized the African Regional Forum for the past few years.

On 25 November, 2005 the recently formed Korea Action Learning Association (KALA) held its first inaugural Action Learning Symposium in Seoul, at which Yury Boshyk gave the keynote address.
