Chantal Fleuret

Chantal Fleuret is a consultant who helps organizations to develop their leaders. She is a partner of the Global Executive Learning Network (GELN). Inside customized executive Business Driven Action Learning she organizes executive dialogues for the outside-in learning, she provides just-in time research and she assists the participants with their knowledge record.  Over the past years she has developed an extensive network of global best practices and experts. 
Her clients GE, J&J, Deutsche Post World Net, Pirelli, Boeing, ABB, ABN AMRO, Standard Bank, Alcan, Honeywell, Pan Asia Paper, First National Bank, Volvo, Eli Lilly, Ciba Specialty Chemical and Baxter Healthcare, Novo Nordisk have acknowledged her valuable contributions to their projects thanks to her competence diversity.  She also contributed to research projects with Dentsu Institute from Japan and the J.M. Huber Institute for Learning in Organizations at Columbia University. 

Prior to this, she held different positions at Digital/Compaq Europe:
As Product Manager, she guided a European team that was in charged of a high-end server product line. This extended from increasing the profitability of existing products to introducing new products. She worked with US engineering to define product release requirements and with marketing to elaborate the go-to-market strategy. Inside the indirect selling strategy she was responsible for the channel management.

As global Acquisition Program Manager for Printers she negotiated original equipment manufacturing contracts with Japanese suppliers and she led an international and autonomous multifunction team. Her responsibility included budget management for hardware and software printer customization.
As Purchasing Manager she held different missions such as production and technology transfer from different global areas, major contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, technology watch and supplier assessment and certification.

Prior Digital, she works at ITT Metrix as Inventory Manager.

Chantal Fleuret is French. She holds an MBA from THESEUS Institute.
She is an active member of a French School parent association.
