Maarten Nijhoff Asser is an Intellectual Property Lawyer turned Organizational Change and Leadership Development Consultant and Coach with special interest in the field of Business Process Improvement, Cultural Intelligence, Scenario Planning and Action learning Programs.
As Managing Director and one of the Chief Dilemma Officers of Trompenaars Hampden-Turner, he has consulted with a variety of organizations including IBM, General Motors, Cable & Wireless, Rockwell Automation, Telenor, Dow Chemical, Dow Corning, Pentair, Amcor, Tata Sons Ltd., ABN AMRO DPWN/DHL etc.
He is a co-author of the book "21 Leaders for the 21st Century", by Fons Trompenaars & Charles Hampden-Turner, published by Mc-Graw Hill, March 2001. Maarten has taught at various international business schools, most recently at IPADE, Mexico, D.F., Harvard Business School, and Columbia University`s Graduate School of Business.
Maarten`s areas of expertise include the facilitation of change management processes at the senior management level, and the development of scenario planning workshops. His special interests are strategic dilemma reconciliation, organizational learning, information and technology transfer, and intellectual property.
