Zehavit Cohen, PhD.

Zehavit Cohen joined Apax Partners Israel Ltd. in April 2006.

Prior to this, Zehavit was Executive Vice President and CFO of the IDB Group - the largest investment company in Israel.
Zehavit also served as Vice President for Chase Manhattan and as an M&A consultant at Coopers and Lybrand.

Zehavit is a graduate of Duquesne University with an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She did her PhD studies in Accounting at the Wharton School and received a PhD in Finance from Lassalle University (LA).

Zehavit has been a lecturer of Finance and Accounting at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Fellow of the University since 1988.
